What are your standard delivery times across Victoria?
We offer guaranteed next-day delivery across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria: book today and your freight arrives the next business day. Cutoff times vary by depot and destination. Bendigo, Shepparton, Ballarat and Mildura have earlier cutoffs than metro runs, so call ahead to lock in next-day delivery on those routes.
Is there a minimum spend or a minimum number of pallets?
No. There’s no minimum spend and no volume threshold. Whether you’re sending five pallets a week or five hundred, you get the same team, the same priority and the same service.
Which areas do you cover, and how often do you run them?
We cover Melbourne metro, Mornington Peninsula, Phillip Island, Gippsland, Geelong, Bendigo, Shepparton, Ballarat, Mildura and the areas between, from our depots in Dandenong South, Morwell and Bairnsdale. We also run freight to Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane. Melbourne metro runs are the most frequent, since freight moves through our Dandenong South depot and back out again the same day in most cases.We cover Melbourne metro, Mornington Peninsula, Phillip Island, Gippsland, Geelong, Bendigo, Shepparton, Ballarat, Mildura and the areas between, from our depots in Dandenong South, Morwell and Bairnsdale. Can you carry oversized, awkward or dangerous goods?
Yes. We’re certified to carry dangerous goods, with correct packing, labelling and cargo segregation on every job. We also handle oversized and heavy haul freight, steel and metal fabrication loads, flexi-bag deliveries and project cargo, and we manage the permit and route planning that oversized loads need. If another carrier said no, call us.
How do I track a consignment once it's picked up?
Call your depot directly and quote your consignment note number for a status update. You’ll speak to the same team that booked the job, not a call centre. Proof of delivery is available on request.
What do you need from me before you can quote a job?
Your pickup point, your destination, and what’s being sent. We’ll confirm pricing based on the actual weight and volume of your freight.
Do you offer warehousing and 3PL as well as transport?
Yes. Our 3PL service covers warehousing, inventory management, order fulfilment, shipping and carrier coordination, returns handling and container unloading across our Dandenong South, Morwell and Bairnsdale depots. It runs as one connected service with our transport network, so storage and delivery are handled by the same team.
How do I open an account, and how does invoicing work?
Email accounts@auzcountry.com and we’ll send through the guidelines to get started. If you run daily or weekly freight, an account also gets you better rates on repeat deliveries.
