Call or request a quote online with your pickup point, destination and what’s being sent. We’ll confirm pricing based on the actual weight and volume.

We Confirm & Book It In
You get a pickup window and a consignment note, the document that travels with your freight and records what it is, where it’s going, and who’s responsible for it at each stage.

Pickup
Our driver collects from your address. For palletised or bulky freight, we help with loading, not just a signature at the door.

In Transit
Your freight moves through the depot network that matches its route. Call us any time for a status update; you’re speaking to the same team that booked the job, not a call centre reading a screen.

Delivery & Proof of Delivery
Freight is delivered and signed for, with proof of delivery available on request. If anything about the delivery needs sorting out, it’s the same phone call to the same team.
Metro Runs vs. Regional Runs
"Next-day" means something slightly different depending on where you’re sending from and to, and it’s worth knowing upfront rather than finding out at cutoff time.
Melbourne Metro
Same-state, same-day cutoffs are tighter and runs are more frequent, since freight is moving through our Dandenong South depot and back out again the same day in most cases.
Gippsland & Regional Victoria
Runs out of Morwell and Bairnsdale cover Gippsland and East Gippsland with local knowledge a Melbourne-based carrier without a regional depot simply doesn’t have.
Further Regional Towns
Bendigo, Shepparton, Ballarat and Mildura are part of our Victoria-wide coverage. Cutoff times for these runs are earlier than metro, since the distance is greater, call ahead to lock in next-day for these routes specifically.

What's the cutoff time for next-day delivery?
Cutoff times vary by depot and destination. Call us, or check our pickup cutoff document, for the exact times that apply to your run.
Can I get a discount for regular deliveries?
Yes. Set up an account with us for repeat daily or weekly freight, and we’ll work out better rates.
What types of freight can you carry?
Palletised and unpalletised freight, building and construction equipment, timber, and all kinds of bundles and crates. Call us if you’re unsure whether yours fits.
What is a consignment note?
A consignment note is the document that travels with your freight. It records what’s being sent, where it’s going, and who’s responsible for it at each stage. We issue one for every job so there’s a clear record from pickup to delivery.
What's the difference between FTL and LTL freight?
FTL means Full Truck Load, one shipment fills the whole vehicle. LTL means Less Than Truckload, your freight shares space with other shipments. We run both, and we’ll tell you upfront which makes more sense for your job.
How do I track my delivery?
Call your depot directly for a status update, quoting your consignment note number. We’re looking at adding online tracking as part of the site build, ask your account manager for the latest on this.
Do I need to be there when my freight is delivered?
For most general freight, no, as long as there’s a safe, accessible drop point and someone’s authorised to accept it. For freight that needs a signature or a specific handover, we’ll confirm that with you at booking.
What happens if my freight is damaged in transit?
Tell us straight away. We’ll look into what happened and sort out next steps with you, that’s part of what "one team, one call away" means in practice, not just a line on the homepage.
