Receiving & Putaway
Stock is checked in, barcoded and shelved in a known location, not stacked wherever there’s room.

Inventory Tracking
Every movement is logged, so stock counts stay accurate without you needing to ring and ask.

Order Processing & Pick
Orders come in, get batched sensibly, and are picked against the record, not from memory.

Pack & Dispatch
Orders are packed, labelled and handed straight into our transport network for delivery.

Returns
Anything that comes back gets processed and put back into stock or flagged, not left sitting in a corner.
From Five Pallets to Five Hundred
Small accounts get the same setup as large ones here. No minimum stock levels, no tiered service level depending on how much space you take up. If your business grows, the same three depots grow with you.
Peak Periods
Order volume doesn’t stay flat all year, and a warehouse that only works at average volume isn’t much use in December. Our three-depot network gives us room to absorb a busy patch without your orders backing up.

What is 3PL and how does it work?
3PL stands for third-party logistics. Instead of running your own warehouse and delivery fleet, you hand storage, order fulfilment and distribution to a partner like us. We hold the stock, pick and pack the orders, and get them out the door, so you can focus on the rest of the business.
Can you integrate with my online store or accounting system?
Talk to us about what you’re running and we’ll confirm what’s possible. Every setup is a little different, so this is best worked through with your account manager rather than promised generically here.
Is my stock secure while it's in your warehouse?
Our facilities are managed and monitored as part of day-to-day operations. For specific security or insurance detail relevant to your stock, that’s worth confirming directly with us before you sign on.
